What are master numbers?

In numerology, 11, 22 and 33 are commonly described as master numbers. Unlike most double-digit numbers, they may be preserved instead of being reduced immediately to a single digit.

Master numbers are often interpreted as carrying intensified qualities, greater potential and additional responsibility. They are not considered automatically better or more fortunate than other numbers.

How do master numbers appear?

A person may also express the underlying single-digit number more clearly than the master number, especially during periods when the higher potential is not yet developed or consciously used.

How should you read a master number?

A master number should be read together with its underlying number. For example, 11 includes both the inspirational potential of 11 and the cooperative, sensitive qualities of 2.
